Eligibility for Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food or flowers), downloadable software, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Sale items (Final Sale unless defective)

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; contact our support team at support@bingecart.com to request a return address.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Restocking Fee

In some cases, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened or show signs of use.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@bingecart.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email support@bingecart.com for further instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and gave it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

International Returns

For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. Returns must be shipped using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered international return shipments.
